How does the monthly auto-ship subscription work?
If you elect to sign up for our monthly auto-ship program, you will automatically be shipped a 30-day supply each month at our discounted rate, with free shipping on orders over $39. You can cancel your monthly auto-shipment up to 5 days before order processing.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivered within 3-5 days, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
How do I cancel my monthly auto-ship subscription?
You can cancel your auto-shipment up to 5 days before order processing by logging into your account on NeuroQ.com or by calling our customer service team at (833) 638-7674. They are ready to take your call Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM EST.
Returns
Can I return my product?
We proudly stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not 100% satisfied with NeuroQ, you may return the product (opened or unopened) within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by other sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law, returns are not permitted for products purchased from other sellers. Returns are only accepted from the original, end-user purchaser. Returns are accepted for both regular-priced and discounted items, and will be refunded to the payment method used. We are not able to process exchanges.
How to start a return:
All product returns must be pre-approved. Email [email protected] or call (833) 638-7674 for pre-approval. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. If your return request is approved, you will then need to mail your NeuroQ product, proof of purchase, and your return authorization number to:

We recommend you obtain a tracking number from your post office or mail carrier and keep it for your records until your refund appears in your account. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Once the returned products have been received in our system, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned. Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you originally paid. Once received please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund.

NeuroQ reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny return requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the customer has abused the return policy. If you purchased the product from one of our authorized sellers and are unable to return the product to that seller, please contact us at [email protected] or call (833) 638-7674.

Eligibility
Here’s the criteria your purchase must meet to be eligible for a refund:
- You must have purchased it directly from NeuroQ
- Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product
- The item(s) must be in its original container (opened or unopened)
- The item(s) AND the packing slip must be inside sturdy packaging
- Final sale items are not eligible for a refund
- Any shipping charges will not be refunded
Please keep in mind that after 90 days from the date of receipt, no returns will be permitted. If you try to return an item after this time period has passed, the item will be discarded, and no refund will be issued. NeuroQ reserves the right to verify information, request valid proof of purchase, and deny guarantee requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if we determine that the guarantee has been abused.
Refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If you no longer have the original payment method, you will receive your refund via check to the address we have for you on file.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive the item. Once we receive the item, it will take 3-5 days for us to process the return and initiate the refund. When the return is accepted, we will issue the refund to your original method of payment. If you paid by check, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for the payment to be mailed to you.
